  Great Customer Service from day one. Starting with our agent Regina! she made finding our new home in a big city very easy. The process from there was a piece of cake. The entire Clark Realty Team was so helpful from Jason and Kevin who worked with me via email to get things rolling. Then Dawn so was so helpful with the online tenant portal. Lastly Susan at the front desk was amazingly helpful and super friendly. I am looking forward to our stay here and working with the team. Thank you so much for all the help.

  I'll be moving to San Antonio in April and found a home on line for rent that I wanted to contact this company about. However, when I began reading the reviews, I became concerned with the complaints of deposits being kept. I would personally take pictures and videos during a walk through before moving in and upon moving out. What concerned me the most was the most vindictive, immature, and unprofessional responses to the negative reviews. I don't think I'll be renting any properties from this company. Even though the properties are beautiful, I don't need the headache of not getting professional, courteous service, timely repairs, and my deposit back after moving out according to the lease agreement. If I pay my rent on time and keep my yard up, I don't want to fear the company forcing me to pay someone else to cut my yard without giving me a chance to bring it up to standards. Too many complaints along these lines.
